How early should I book?

Book at least 12 hours in advance for guaranteed resort room delivery.

Where do you deliver?

The current concept is focused on Ooty and Kotagiri stays. Final service-radius rules can be configured before launch.

Are deposits refundable?

Where a Rent Pack is marked “100% Refundable on Pickup”, the deposit is intended to be returned after successful pickup and condition checks. Final terms should be confirmed before launch.

Is payment live?

No. This development project includes the complete UI flow, but a real payment gateway is not connected yet.
